Travel confirmation
A website enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A booking becomes confirmed only after Revive provides the applicable quotation or confirmation terms and any required payment or supplier confirmation is completed.
Traveler responsibility
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate names, passport information and other required details, and for checking passport validity, visa eligibility, health requirements and destination-entry rules applicable to them.
Visa services
Revive may provide document guidance and application support, but visa decisions are made only by the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority. No travel agency can guarantee visa approval.
Third-party services
Flights, hotels, insurance, transport, attractions and some tours may be supplied by third parties whose own terms, change rules and cancellation policies also apply.
Special requirements
Customers should disclose mobility, medical, dietary, room, accessibility or other important travel requirements before confirmation so feasibility can be checked with the relevant suppliers.
