Supplier rules apply
Air tickets, hotels, tours, visa fees and other travel components can have different cancellation and amendment rules. The final quotation or booking confirmation should state the conditions applicable to the selected services.
Before confirmation
If no supplier reservation or payment commitment has been made, an enquiry can normally be changed or withdrawn without a travel-supplier cancellation charge.
After confirmation
After services are confirmed, cancellation fees may include airline, hotel, tour operator, payment-processing or other supplier charges, plus any service fee disclosed in the final booking terms.
Non-refundable items
Some promotional airfares, visa/application fees, event tickets, insurance products, hotel rates and special group arrangements may be fully or partly non-refundable.
Refund timing
Where a refund is approved, timing depends on the original payment method and the supplier returning funds. Revive should communicate the expected process for the specific booking.
Requesting a change
Contact Revive as soon as possible using the booking reference and traveler details. Earlier requests generally provide more options than last-minute changes.
